What is covered?
Safeguard Ultimate Warranty extends the Factory Warranty. If a part of your vehicle that is covered by factory warranty suffers a defect, failure or fault, we will cover that part.
When you make a claim for a part covered up under Factory warranty, you can also claim up to $200 per day ($600 max) for accommodation if you are not able to go home due to the incident.
When you make a claim for a part covered up under Factory warranty, you can also claim up to $100 per day ($600 max) for car rental if your vehicle is immobilised due to the incident.
You can claim up to $200 per incident ($600 max) for a locksmith if your vehicle’s ignition or door key is lost, broken or accidentally locked in your vehicle.
When you make a claim for a part covered up under Factory warranty, you can also claim up to $100 per claim ($600 max) for towing related to the incident.

Who is eligible for Safeguard Ultimate Warranty?
Individuals who are over 21 and own a vehicle that is roadworthy, mechanically sound, is regularly serviced, have a complete service record and have a current vehicle registration
Vehicles 10 years old or less that have travelled less than 160 000kms are eligible. The vehicle must have a purchase price of more than $10 000
What else should I know?
Normal wear and tear is not covered
The cover is not a mirror image of that provided by the manufacturer
If any of your or your car’s particulars change during the course of the policy you are obliged to let us know

You have the following options to pay for a Bumper2Bumper Warranty:
Monthly ( you can only buy this option via our call-centre)
Upfront payment (added to your finance agreement)
Once-off EFT payment
You can purchase a Bumper2Bumper Warranty through approved dealerships (upfront only) or via our national call-centre.
Your car qualifies for a Bumper2Bumper warranty if:
It’s a passenger, 4×4 and light commercial vehicle
It’s not a taxi , hire vehicle, rebuilt vehicle , modified vehicle
It has a full service history from your approved car manufacturer dealership
